4/5: Bradley Presents A Big Shot From Las Vegas!!! Featuring Johnny Fabulous. Live Band Dance. $10/Person.

Johnny Fabulous brings music and laughter through stories and song. Weaving humor through his repertoire of classic standards, a bit of blues and Johnny’s original compositions, a large time is had by all. Johnny Fabulous performs hundreds of shows for thousands of folks every year with great conviction that music and laughter is still the best medicine.

A little more about Johnny Fabulous…Johnny Fabulous has been a vibrant presence in the bay area music scene for the last 25 years. Performing as a solo artist at theaters, restaurants, nightclubs, wineries, private celebrations and senior communities, Johnny is known for his inimitable bourbonesque voice, piano styling and unique repertoire of songs. Now a resident of Las Vegas, it’s a brave new world ahead!

Johnny hosted the music and arts show, “In the Pocket with Johnny Fabulous” on SCTV, co-hosted “Thinks Ain’t the Way They Used to Be” on KUSP and for 18 years was a performing artist with Young at Heart Project. As a singer-songwriter, Fabulous has written, arranged and produced numerous CDs, including “Songs For the Hopeless Romantic”, “The Curious Reprise”, “Dreamworld” and “The Inner Lounge”.


4/12: Country Feeling Band. This band is one of our favorites playing a wide range of songs from classic Country to Rock & Roll. They are always a great time and easy to dance to. If you come at 6 you get a line dance lesson taught by Shanta Shenoy thrown in for free if you’ve paid for the dance. The lesson costs $10 if you are not staying for the dance.    Live Band Dance 7-9PM, $10/person.
4/19 Plateau Jazz Band:   The music of the 1920’s and 30’s will come alive with New Orleans energy from Plateau Jazz Band, who invites dancers to come along for the fun. Live Band Dance 7-9PM, $10/person.
4/26: 10 O’clock Lunch Band. This band plays Blues, Rhythm/Blues, Rock Classic, and Motown Gems to get you moving on the dance floor. Soulful/Energetic Music with Great Vocals. They are a fun band to watch, fun to listen to, and fun to dance to. Live Band Dance 7-9PMm $10/person.

Country Line Dance Lessons. Beginners: Mondays 5:00-6:30PM. In the beginner class, you’ll learn the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle and many other fun country western dance steps. Line dancing is fun! No partner required, $5/person.

Balboa Swing Dance Lessons. Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00PM Beginners $10 ; 7:00-8:30PM Intermediate $10
The Balboa is a 40’s swing dance that incorporates Pure Bal, Bal-Swing, So-Cal Swing, and Jitter Bal. We will begin our classes with an introduction to Pure Bal. Pure Balboa is a closed-position/connection dance. If you search YOUTUBE online, there is an abundance of Balboa videos to choose from. We will be working with the style popularized by Dean Raftery. International Folk Dancing. Thursdays, 10:30-Noon
Partners are not needed, so don’t wait to be asked, just grab someone’s hand and jump in. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Dances are done in lines or circles, with people holding hands, or individually. The same steps get rearranged into different dances, representing different countries and cultures. $4/members; $6/Non-Members.

West Coast Swing Dance. Third Saturdays, 7-11pm (Cancelled for April, return 5/18)
West Coast Swing is a partner dance with roots in the Lindy Hop. Join us for a fun, energetic dance. Instruction included and open dance starts at 8. $15/person, $10/students.

2nd Saturday Afternoon Waltz. Second Saturday, 3-4PM lesson; 4-5PM Dance
One hour of instruction, followed by an hour of open dancing. Partner not required, $15/person.
